6:6	ⲛⲑⲟⲕ ⲇⲉ ⲉⲕⲛⲁⲧⲱⲃϩ ⲙⲁϣⲉ ⲛⲁⲕ ⲉϧⲟⲩⲛ ⲉⲡⲉⲕⲧⲁⲙⲓⲟⲛ ⲙⲁϣⲑⲁⲙ ⲙⲡⲉⲕⲣⲟ ⲉⲣⲟⲕ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲧⲱⲃϩ ⲙⲡⲉⲕⲓⲱⲧ ϧⲉⲛⲡⲉⲧϩⲏⲡ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲡⲉⲕⲓⲱⲧ ⲉⲑⲛⲁⲩ ϧⲉⲛⲡⲉⲧϩⲏⲡ ⲉϥⲉϯ ⲛⲁⲕ . But you, when you pray, enter into your inner chamber, and having shut your door, pray to your Father who is in secret, and your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly.
6:7	ⲉⲣⲉⲧⲉⲛⲛⲁⲧⲱⲃϩ ⲇⲉ ⲙⲡⲉⲣⲉⲣ ⲟⲩⲙⲏϣ ⲛⲥⲁϫⲓ ⲙⲫⲣⲏϯ ⲛⲛⲓⲉⲑⲛⲓⲕⲟⲥ ⲥⲉⲙⲉⲩⲓ ⲅⲁⲣ ϫⲉϧⲉⲛⲡⲟⲩⲙⲏϣ ⲛⲥⲁϫⲓ ⲥⲉⲛⲁⲥⲱⲧⲉⲙ ⲉⲣⲱⲟⲩ . In praying, don't use vain repetitions, as the Gentiles do; for they think that they will be heard for their much speaking.
6:8	ⲙⲡⲉⲣⲓⲛⲓ ⲟⲩⲛ ⲙⲙⲱⲟⲩ ϥⲥⲱⲟⲩⲛ ⲅⲁⲣ ⲛϫⲉⲡⲉⲧⲉⲛⲓⲱⲧ ⲛⲛⲏ ⲉⲧⲉⲧⲉⲛⲉⲣⲭⲣⲓⲁ ⲙⲙⲱⲟⲩ ⲙⲡⲁⲧⲉⲧⲉⲛⲧⲟⲃϩϥ ⲉⲑⲃⲏⲧⲟⲩ .	Ⲙⲡⲉⲣⲓ̀ⲛⲓ ⲟⲩⲛ ⲙ̀ⲙⲱⲟⲩ ϥ̀ⲥⲱⲟⲩⲛ ⲅⲁⲣ ⲛ̀ϫⲉ ⲡⲉⲧⲉⲛⲓⲱⲧ ⲛ̀ⲛⲏ ⲉⲧⲉⲧⲉⲛⲉⲣⲭⲣⲓⲁ ⲙ̀ⲙⲱⲟⲩ ⲙⲡⲁⲧⲉⲧⲉⲛⲧⲟⲃϩϥ ⲉⲑⲃⲏⲧⲟⲩ. 6:9	ⲧⲱⲃϩ ⲟⲩⲛ ⲛⲑⲱⲧⲉⲛ ⲙⲡⲁⲓⲣⲏϯ ⲡⲉⲛⲓⲱⲧ ⲉⲧϧⲉⲛⲛⲓⲫⲏⲟⲩⲓ ⲙⲁⲣⲉϥⲧⲟⲩⲃⲟ ⲛϫⲉⲡⲉⲕⲣⲁⲛ .	Ⲧⲱⲃϩ ⲟⲩⲛ ⲛ̀ⲑⲱⲧⲉⲛ ⲛ̀ⲡⲁⲓⲣⲏϯ ⲡⲉⲛⲓⲱⲧ ⲉⲧϧⲉⲛ ⲛⲓⲫⲏⲟⲩⲓ̀ ⲙⲁⲣⲉϥⲧⲟⲩⲃⲟ ⲛ̀ϫⲉ ⲡⲉⲕⲣⲁⲛ.	Tōvh oun ǹθōten ǹpairyti peniōt etxen nifyouì mareftouvo ǹje pekran.	Pray like this: 'Our Father in heaven, may your name be kept holy.
