34:8ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁϥⲥⲁϫⲓ ⲛⲉⲙⲱⲟⲩ ⲛ̀ϫⲉⲉⲙⲙⲱⲣ ⲫ̀ⲓⲱⲧ ⲛ̀ⲥⲩⲭⲉⲙ ⲉϥϫⲱ ⲙ̀ⲙⲟⲥ ϫⲉⲡⲁϣⲏⲣⲓ ⲥⲩⲭⲉⲙ ϥ̀ⲟⲩⲱϣ ⲧⲉⲧⲉⲛϣⲉⲣⲓ ϧⲉⲛⲧⲉϥⲯⲩⲭⲏ ⲙⲏⲓⲥ ⲟⲩⲛ ⲛⲁϥ ⲉⲩⲥ̀ϩⲓⲙⲓⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁϥⲥⲁϫⲓ ⲛⲉⲙⲱⲟⲩ ⲛ̀ϫⲉ ⲉⲙⲙⲱⲣ ⲫ̀ⲓⲱⲧ ⲛ̀ⲥⲩⲭⲉⲙ ⲉϥϫⲱ ⲙ̀ⲙⲟⲥ ϫⲉ ⲡⲁϣⲏⲣⲓ ⲥⲩⲭⲉⲙ ϥ̀ⲟⲩⲱϣ ⲧⲉⲧⲉⲛϣⲉⲣⲓ ϧⲉⲛ ⲧⲉϥⲯⲩⲭⲏ ⲙⲏⲓⲥ ⲟⲩⲛ ⲛⲁϥ ⲉⲩⲥ̀ϩⲓⲙⲓouoh afsaji nemōou ǹje emmōr f̀iōt ǹsiṡem efgō m̀mos je paṡyri siṡem f̀ouōṡ tetenṡeri xen tefpsiṡy myis oun naf evs̀·himiAnd Emmor spoke to them, saying, Sychem my son has chosen in his heart your daughter; give her therefore to him for a wife,
34:9ⲁⲣⲓϣⲟⲙ ⲉ̀ⲣⲟⲛ ⲛⲉⲧⲉⲛϣⲉⲣⲓ ⲙⲏⲓⲧⲟⲩ ⲛⲁⲛ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲛⲉⲛϣⲉⲣⲓ ϭⲓⲧⲟⲩ ⲛ̀ⲛⲉⲧⲉⲛϣⲏⲣⲓ ⲉ̀ϩⲁⲛϩⲓⲟⲙⲓⲁⲣⲓϣⲟⲙ ⲉ̀ⲣⲟⲛ ⲛ̀ⲉⲧⲉⲛϣⲉⲣⲓ ⲙⲏⲓⲧⲟⲩ ⲛⲁⲛ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲛⲉⲛϣⲉⲣⲓ ϭⲓⲧⲟⲩ ⲛ̀ⲛⲉⲧⲉⲛϣⲏⲣⲓ ⲉ̀ϩⲁⲛϩⲓⲟⲙⲓariṡom èron ǹetenṡeri myitou nan ouoh nenṡeri ċitou ǹnetenṡyri èhanhiomiand intermarry with us. Give us your daughters, and take our daughters for your sons.
