38:6	ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁ̀ ⲓⲟⲩⲇⲁⲥ ϭⲓ ⲛ̀ⲟⲩⲥ̀ϩⲓⲙⲓ ⲛ̀ⲏⲣ ⲡⲉϥϣⲟⲣⲡ ⲙ̀ⲙⲓⲥⲓ ⲉ̀ⲡⲉⲥⲣⲁⲛ ⲡⲉ ⲑⲁⲙⲁⲣ	ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁ̀ ⲓⲟⲩⲇⲁⲥ ϭⲓ ⲛ̀ⲟⲩⲥ̀ϩⲓⲙⲓ ⲛ̀ⲏⲣ ⲡⲉϥϣⲟⲣⲡ ⲛ̀ⲙⲓⲥⲓ ⲉ̀ⲡⲉⲥⲣⲁⲛ ⲡⲉ ⲑⲁⲙⲁⲣ	ouoh à ioudas ċi ǹous̀·himi ǹyr pefṡorp ǹmisi èpesran pe θamar	And Judas took a wife for Er his first-born, whose name was Thamar.

38:9	ⲉ̀ⲧⲁϥⲉ̀ⲙⲓ ⲇⲉ ⲛ̀ϫⲉⲁⲩⲛⲁⲛ ϫⲉⲁⲣⲉ ⲡⲓϫ̀ⲣⲟϫ ⲛⲁϣⲱⲡⲓ ⲛⲁϥ ⲁⲛ ⲁⲥϣⲱⲡⲓ ⲛⲁϥ ⲁⲛ ⲁⲥϣⲱⲡⲓ ⲁϥϣⲁⲛϣⲉⲛⲁϥ ⲉ̀ϧⲟⲩⲛ ϩⲁⲧ̀ⲥ̀ϩⲓⲙⲓ ⲙ̀ⲡⲉϥⲥⲟⲛ ϣⲁϥϫⲱϣ ϩⲓϫⲉⲛⲡⲓⲕⲁϩⲓ ⲉ̀ϣ̀ⲧⲉⲙϯϫ̀ⲣⲟϫ ⲙ̀ⲡⲉϥⲥⲟⲛ	ⲉ̀ⲧⲁϥⲉ̀ⲙⲓ ⲇⲉ ⲛ̀ϫⲉ ⲁⲩⲛⲁⲛ ϫⲉ ⲁⲣⲉ ⲡⲓϫ̀ⲣⲟϫ ⲛⲁϣⲱⲡⲓ ⲛⲁϥ ⲁⲛ ⲁⲥϣⲱⲡⲓ ⲛⲁϥ ⲁⲛ ⲁⲥϣⲱⲡⲓ ⲁϥϣⲁⲛϣⲉⲛⲁϥ ⲉ̀ϧⲟⲩⲛ ϩⲁ ⲧ̀ⲥ̀ϩⲓⲙⲓ ⲛ̀ⲡⲉϥⲥⲟⲛ ϣⲁϥϫⲱϣ ϩⲓϫⲉⲛ ⲡⲓⲕⲁϩⲓ ⲉ̀ϣ̀ⲧⲉⲙϯϫ̀ⲣⲟϫ ⲛ̀ⲡⲉϥⲥⲟⲛ	ètafèmi ḋe ǹje avnan je are pig̀rog naṡōpi naf an asṡōpi naf an asṡōpi afṡanṡenaf èxoun ha t̀s̀·himi ǹpefson ṡafgōṡ hijen pikahi èṡ̀temtig̀rog ǹpefson	And Aunan, knowing that the seed should not be hisit came to pass when he went in to his brother's wife, that he spilled upon the ground, so that he should not give seed to his brother's wife.
38:10	ⲁ̀ ⲡⲓϩⲱⲃ ⲇⲉ ϣⲱⲡⲓ ⲉϥϩⲱⲟⲩ ⲙ̀ⲡⲉⲙ̀ⲑⲟ ⲙ̀ⲫⲛⲟⲩϯ ϫⲉⲁϥⲓ̀ⲣⲓ ⲙ̀ⲡⲁⲓϩⲱⲃ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁϥϧⲱⲧⲉⲃ ⲙ̀ⲡⲁⲓⲭⲉⲧ	ⲁ̀ ⲡⲓϩⲱⲃ ⲇⲉ ϣⲱⲡⲓ ⲉϥϩⲱⲟⲩ ⲛ̀ⲡⲉⲙ̀ⲑⲟ ⲛ̀ⲫ̀ⲛⲟⲩϯ ϫⲉ ⲁϥⲓ̀ⲣⲓ ⲛ̀ⲡⲁⲓϩⲱⲃ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁϥϧⲱⲧⲉⲃ ⲛ̀ⲡⲁⲓⲭⲉⲧ	à pihōb ḋe ṡōpi efhōou ǹpem̀θo ǹf̀nouti je afìri ǹpaihōb ouoh afxōteb ǹpaiket	And his doing this appeared evil before God; and he slew him also.
