But his form was ignoble, and inferior to that of the children of men; he was a man in suffering, and acquainted with the bearing of sickness, for his face is turned from us: he was dishonoured, and not esteemed.
53:4	ⲫⲁⲓ ⲉⲧϥⲁⲓ ϧⲁⲛⲉⲛⲛⲟⲃⲓ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ϥ̀ⲟⲓ ⲛ̀ⲉⲙⲕⲁϩⲛ̀ϩⲏⲧ ⲉ̀ϩ̀ⲣⲏⲓ ⲉ̀ϫⲱⲛ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁⲛⲙⲟⲕⲙⲉⲕ ⲉ̀ⲣⲟϥ ϫⲉϥ̀ϧⲉⲛ ⲟⲩⲙ̀ⲕⲁϩ ⲛⲉⲙⲟⲩⲉⲣϧⲟⲧ ⲛⲉⲙⲟⲩⲧ̀ϩⲉⲙⲕⲟ . 53:5	ⲛ̀ⲑⲟϥ ⲇⲉ ⲁϥϭⲓⲉⲣϧⲟⲧ ⲉⲑⲃⲉⲛⲉⲛⲛⲟⲃⲓ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁϥϣⲱⲛⲓ ⲉⲑⲃⲉⲛⲉⲛⲁ̀ⲛⲟⲙⲓⲁ̀ : ⲧ̀ⲥ̀ⲃⲱ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉⲧⲉⲛϩⲓⲣⲏⲛⲏ ⲉ̀ϩ̀ⲣⲏⲓ ⲉ̀ϫⲱϥ ϧⲉⲛⲛⲉϥⲗⲉⲗⲉⲭⲏⲙⲓ ⲁ̀ⲛⲟⲛ ⲁⲛⲟⲩϫⲁⲓ . Ǹθof ḋe afċierxot eθve nennovi ouoh afṡōni eθve nenànomià: t̀s̀vō ǹtetenhiryny èh̀ryi ègōf xen neflelekymi ànon anougai.	But he was wounded on account of our sins, and was bruised because of our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and by his bruises we were healed.
53:6	ⲁⲛⲥⲱⲣⲉⲙ ⲧⲏⲣⲟⲩ ⲙ̀ⲫ̀ⲣⲏϯ ⲛ̀ϩⲁⲛⲉ̀ⲥⲱⲟⲩ : ⲟⲩⲣⲱⲙⲓ ⲁϥⲥⲱⲣⲉⲙ ϩⲓⲡⲉϥⲙⲱⲓⲧ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲡϭ̅ⲥ̅ ⲁϥⲧⲏⲓϥ ϧⲁⲛⲉⲛⲛⲟⲃⲓ .	Ⲁⲛⲥⲱⲣⲉⲙ ⲧⲏⲣⲟⲩ ⲛ̀ⲫ̀ⲣⲏϯ ⲛ̀ϩⲁⲛⲉ̀ⲥⲱⲟⲩ: ⲟⲩⲣⲱⲙⲓ ⲁϥⲥⲱⲣⲉⲙ ϩⲓ ⲡⲉϥⲙⲱⲓⲧ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲡ̀ϭⲟⲓⲥ ⲁϥⲧⲏⲓϥ ϧⲁ ⲛⲉⲛⲛⲟⲃⲓ.	Ansōrem tyrou ǹf̀ryti ǹhanèsōou: ourōmi afsōrem hi pefmōit ouoh p̀ċois aftyif xa nennovi.	All we as sheep have gone astray; every one has gone astray in his way; and the Lord gave him up for our sins.
53:7	ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲛ̀ⲑⲟϥ ⲉⲑⲃⲉϫⲉⲁϥⲧ̀ϩⲉⲙⲕⲟϥ ⲛ̀ϥ̀ⲟⲩⲱⲛ ⲛ̀ⲣⲱϥ ⲁⲛ ⲙ̀ⲫ̀ⲣⲏϯ ⲛ̀ⲟⲩⲉ̀ⲥⲱⲟⲩ ⲉ̀ⲁⲩⲉⲛϥ ⲉ̀ⲡ̀ϧⲟⲗϧⲉⲗ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲙ̀ⲫ̀ⲣⲏϯ ⲛ̀ⲟⲩϩⲱⲃ ⲙ̀ⲡⲉⲙ̀ⲑⲟ ⲙ̀ⲫⲏⲉⲧϧⲱⲕ ⲙ̀ⲙⲟϥ ⲉϥⲟⲓ ⲛ̀ⲁⲧⲥ̀ⲙⲏ ⲡⲁⲓⲣⲏϯ ⲛ̀ϥ̀ⲟⲩⲱⲛ ⲛ̀ⲣⲱϥ ⲁⲛ .	Ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲛ̀ⲑⲟϥ ⲉⲑⲃⲉ ϫⲉ ⲁϥⲧ̀ϩⲉⲙⲕⲟϥ ⲛ̀ϥ̀ⲟⲩⲱⲛ ⲛ̀ⲣⲱϥ ⲁⲛ ⲛ̀ⲫ̀ⲣⲏϯ ⲛ̀ⲟⲩⲉ̀ⲥⲱⲟⲩ ⲉ̀ⲁⲩⲉⲛϥ ⲉ̀ⲡ̀ϧⲟⲗϧⲉⲗ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲛ̀ⲫ̀ⲣⲏϯ ⲛ̀ⲟⲩϩⲱⲃ ⲛ̀ⲡⲉⲙ̀ⲑⲟ ⲛ̀ⲫⲏⲉⲧϧⲱⲕ ⲙ̀ⲙⲟϥ ⲉϥⲟⲓ ⲛ̀ⲁⲧ̀ⲥ̀ⲙⲏ ⲡⲁⲓⲣⲏϯ ⲛ̀ϥ̀ⲟⲩⲱⲛ ⲛ̀ⲣⲱϥ ⲁⲛ. And he, because of his affliction, opens not his mouth: he was led as a sheep to the slaughter, and as a lamb before the shearer is dumb, so he opens not his mouth.
53:8	ⲁⲩⲱⲗⲓ ⲙ̀ⲡⲉϥϩⲁⲡ ϧⲉⲛⲡⲉϥⲑⲉⲃⲓⲟ ⲧⲉϥⲅⲉⲛⲉⲁ̀ ⲇⲉ ⲛⲓⲙ ⲉⲑⲛⲁϣ̀ⲫⲓⲣⲓ ⲉ̀ⲣⲟⲥ ϫⲉⲥⲉⲛⲁⲱⲗⲓ ⲙ̀ⲡⲉϥⲱⲛϧ ⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗϩⲓϫⲉⲛ ⲡ̀ⲕⲁϩⲓ ⲉⲑⲃⲉⲛⲓⲁ̀ⲛⲟⲙⲓⲁ̀ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉⲡⲓⲗⲁⲟⲥ ⲁϥⲓ̀ ⲉ̀ⲫ̀ⲙⲟⲩ .	Ⲁⲩⲱ̀ⲗⲓ ⲛ̀ⲡⲉϥϩⲁⲡ ϧⲉⲛ ⲡⲉϥⲑⲉⲃⲓⲟ ⲧⲉϥⲅⲉⲛⲉⲁ̀ ⲇⲉ ⲛⲓⲙ ⲉⲑⲛⲁϣ̀ⲫⲓⲣⲓ ⲉ̀ⲣⲟⲥ ϫⲉ ⲥⲉⲛⲁⲱ̀ⲗⲓ ⲛ̀ⲡⲉϥⲱⲛϧ ⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ ϩⲓϫⲉⲛ ⲡ̀ⲕⲁϩⲓ ⲉⲑⲃⲉ ⲛⲓⲁ̀ⲛⲟⲙⲓⲁ̀ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉ ⲡⲓⲗⲁⲟⲥ ⲁϥⲓ̀ ⲉ̀ⲫ̀ⲙⲟⲩ.	Avṑli ǹpefhap xen pefθevio tefgeneà ḋe nim eθnaṡ̀firi èros je senaṑli ǹpefōnx èvol hijen p̀kahi eθve niànomià ǹte pilaos afì èf̀mou.	In his humiliation his judgment was taken away: who shall declare his generation? for his life is taken away from the earth: because of the iniquities of my people he was led to death.
53:9	ⲉⲓⲉ̀ϯ ⲛ̀ⲛⲓⲡⲟⲛⲏⲣⲟⲥ ⲛ̀ⲧ̀ϣⲉⲃⲓⲱ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉϥⲕⲁⲓⲥⲓ ⲛⲉⲙⲛⲓⲣⲁⲙⲁⲟⲓ ⲛ̀ⲧ̀ϣⲉⲃⲓⲱ ⲙ̀ⲡⲉϥⲙⲟⲩ ϫⲉⲙ̀ⲡⲉϥⲓ̀ⲣⲓ ⲛ̀ⲟⲩⲁ̀ⲛⲟⲙⲓⲁ̀ ⲟⲩⲇⲉ ⲙ̀ⲡⲟⲩϫⲉⲙ ⲟⲩⲭ̀ⲣⲟϥ ϧⲉⲛⲣⲱϥ .	Ⲉⲓⲉ̀ϯ ⲛ̀ⲛⲓⲡⲟⲛⲏⲣⲟⲥ ⲛ̀ⲧ̀ϣⲉⲃⲓⲱ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉϥⲕⲁⲓⲥⲓ ⲛⲉⲙ ⲛⲓⲣⲁⲙⲁⲟⲓ ⲛ̀ⲧ̀ϣⲉⲃⲓⲱ ⲛ̀ⲡⲉϥⲙⲟⲩ ϫⲉⲙ̀ⲡⲉϥⲓ̀ⲣⲓ ⲛ̀ⲟⲩⲁ̀ⲛⲟⲙⲓⲁ̀ ⲟⲩⲇⲉ ⲙ̀ⲡⲟⲩϫⲉⲙ ⲟⲩⲭ̀ⲣⲟϥ ϧⲉⲛ ⲣⲱϥ.	Eièti ǹniponyros ǹt̀ṡeviō ǹtefkaisi nem niramaoi ǹt̀ṡeviō ǹpefmou jem̀pefìri ǹouànomià ouḋe m̀poujem ouk̀rof xen rōf.	And I will give the wicked for his burial, and the rich for his death; for he practised no iniquity, nor craft with his mouth.
53:10	ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲡϭ̅ⲥ̅ ⲟⲩⲱϣ ⲉⲧⲟⲩⲃⲟϥ ⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗϧⲉⲛ ⲡⲓⲉⲣϧⲟⲧ ⲉϣⲱⲡ ⲁⲣⲉⲧⲉⲛϣⲁⲛϯ ⲉ̀ϫⲉⲛⲫ̀ⲛⲟⲃⲓ ⲧⲉⲧⲉⲛⲯⲩⲭⲏ ⲛⲁⲛⲁⲩ ⲉ̀ⲟⲩϫ̀ⲣⲟϫ ⲉ̀ⲛⲁϣⲉ ⲡⲉϥⲕⲁϩⲓ .	Ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲡ̀ϭⲟⲓⲥ ⲟⲩⲱϣ ⲉ̀ⲧⲟⲩⲃⲟϥ ⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ ϧⲉⲛ ⲡⲓⲉⲣϧⲟⲧ ⲉϣⲱⲡ ⲁⲣⲉⲧⲉⲛϣⲁⲛϯ ⲉ̀ϫⲉⲛ ⲫ̀ⲛⲟⲃⲓ ⲧⲉⲧⲉⲛⲯⲩⲭⲏ ⲛⲁⲛⲁⲩ ⲉ̀ⲟⲩϫ̀ⲣⲟϫ ⲉ̀ⲛⲁϣⲉ ⲡⲉϥⲕⲁϩⲓ.	Ouoh p̀ċois ouōṡ ètouvof èvol xen pierxot eṡōp aretenṡanti èjen f̀novi tetenpsiṡy nanav èoug̀rog ènaṡe pefkahi.	The Lord also is pleased to purge him from his stroke. If ye can give an offering for sin, your soul shall see a long-lived seed:
53:11	ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲡϭ̅ⲥ̅ ⲟⲩⲱϣ ⲉ̀ⲱⲗⲓ ⲙ̀ⲡⲉⲙⲕⲁϩ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉⲧⲉϥⲯⲩⲭⲏ ⲉ̀ⲧⲁⲙⲟϥ ⲉ̀ⲟⲩⲱⲓⲛⲓ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲉ̀ⲉⲣⲡ̀ⲗⲁⲍⲓⲛ ϧⲉⲛⲟⲩⲕⲁϯ ⲉ̀ⲑ̀ⲙⲁⲓⲟ ⲛ̀ⲟⲩⲑ̀ⲙⲏⲓ ⲉϥⲟⲓ ⲙ̀ⲃⲱⲕ ⲛ̀ⲟⲩⲙⲏϣ ⲛ̀ⲕⲁⲗⲱⲥ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲛⲟⲩⲛⲟⲃⲓ ⲛ̀ⲑⲟϥ ⲉϥⲉ̀ⲉⲛⲟⲩ ⲉ̀ⲡ̀ϣⲱⲓ .
