40:3	ⲁϥⲉⲣⲟⲩⲱ̀ ⲛ̀ϫⲉⲓⲱⲃ ⲡⲉϫⲁϥ ⲙ̀ⲡϭ̅ⲥ̅ :	Ⲁϥⲉⲣⲟⲩⲱ̀ ⲛ̀ϫⲉ ⲓⲱⲃ ⲡⲉϫⲁϥ ⲛ̀ⲡ̀ϭⲟⲓⲥ:	Aferouṑ ǹje iōb pegaf ǹp̀ċois:	Do not set aside my judgment: and dost thou think that I have dealt with thee in any other way, than that thou mightest appear to be righteous?

40:5	ⲁⲓⲥⲁϫⲓ ⲛ̀ⲟⲩⲥⲟⲡ:ⲡⲓⲥⲟⲡ ⲇⲉ ⲙ̀ⲙⲁϩⲃ̅ ⲛ̀ⲛⲁⲟⲩⲁϩⲧⲟⲧ ϫⲉ .	Ⲁⲓⲥⲁϫⲓ ⲛ̀ⲟⲩⲥⲟⲡ: ⲡⲓⲥⲟⲡ ⲇⲉ ⲛ̀ⲙⲁϩ2 ⲛ̀ⲛⲁⲟⲩⲁϩⲧⲟⲧ ϫⲉ.	Aisaji ǹousop: pisop ḋe ǹmah2 ǹnaouahtot je.	Assume now a lofty bearing and power; and clothe thyself with glory and honour.
40:6	ⲉⲧⲓ ⲇⲉ ⲁϥⲉⲣⲟⲩⲱ̀ ⲛ̀ϫⲉⲡϭ̅ⲥ̅ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲡⲉϫⲁϥ ⲛ̀ⲓⲱⲃ ⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗϧⲉⲛ ϯϭⲏⲡⲓ ϫⲉ :	Ⲉ̀ⲧⲓ ⲇⲉ ⲁϥⲉⲣⲟⲩⲱ̀ ⲛ̀ϫⲉ ⲡ̀ϭⲟⲓⲥ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲡⲉϫⲁϥ ⲛ̀ⲓⲱⲃ ⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ ϧⲉⲛ ϯϭⲏⲡⲓ ϫⲉ:	Èti ḋe aferouṑ ǹje p̀ċois ouoh pegaf ǹiōb èvol xen tiċypi je:	And send forth messengers with wrath; and lay low every haughty one.

Bring down also the proud man; and consume at once the ungodly.
40:8	ⲙⲏ ⲁⲕϩⲓⲟⲩⲓ̀ ⲙ̀ⲡⲁϩⲁⲡ ⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ: ⲭ̀ⲙⲉⲩⲓ̀ ⲇⲉ ϫⲉⲉⲧⲁⲓⲉⲣ ⲛⲁⲓ ⲛⲁⲕ ⲛ̀ⲕⲉⲣⲏϯ ⲉⲃⲏⲗ ϫⲉⲛ̀ⲧⲉⲕⲟⲩⲱⲛϩ ⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ ϫⲉⲛ̀ⲑⲟⲕ ⲟⲩⲑ̀ⲙⲏⲓ . 40:9	ⲙⲏ ⲡⲉⲕϫ̀ⲫⲟⲓ ⲛⲁϣ̀ϯ ⲟⲩⲃⲉ ⲡϭ̅ⲥ̅ : ⲓⲉ ϧⲉⲛⲟⲩϧ̀ⲣⲱⲟⲩ ⲕ̀ⲉⲣϧⲁⲣⲁⲃⲁⲓ ⲙ̀ⲡⲉϥⲣⲏϯ .	Ⲙⲏ ⲡⲉⲕϫ̀ⲫⲟⲓ ⲛⲁϣ̀ϯ ⲟⲩⲃⲉ ⲡ̀ϭⲟⲓⲥ: ⲓⲉ ϧⲉⲛ ⲟⲩϧ̀ⲣⲱⲟⲩ ⲕ̀ⲉⲣϧⲁⲣⲁⲃⲁⲓ ⲛ̀ⲡⲉϥⲣⲏϯ.	My pekg̀foi naṡ̀ti ouve p̀ċois: ie xen oux̀rōou k̀erxaravai ǹpefryti.	Then will I confess that thy right hand can save thee.
40:10	ϭⲓ ⲛⲁⲕ ⲛ̀ⲟⲩϭⲓⲥⲓ ⲛⲉⲙⲟⲩϫⲟⲙ:ⲟⲩⲱ̀ⲟⲩ ⲇⲉ ⲛⲉⲙⲟⲩⲧⲁⲓⲟ ⲙⲏⲓⲧⲟⲩ ϩⲓⲱⲧⲕ .	Ϭⲓ ⲛⲁⲕ ⲛ̀ⲟⲩϭⲓⲥⲓ ⲛⲉⲙⲟⲩϫⲟⲙ: ⲟⲩⲱ̀ⲟⲩ ⲇⲉ ⲛⲉⲙ ⲟⲩⲧⲁⲓⲟ ⲙⲏⲓⲧⲟⲩ ϩⲓⲱⲧⲕ.	Ċi nak ǹouċisi nemougom: ouṑou ḋe nem outaio myitou hiōtk.	But now look at the wild beasts with thee; they eat grass like oxen.
40:11	ⲟⲩⲱⲣⲡ ⲇⲉ ⲛ̀ϩⲁⲛⲁⲅⲅⲉⲗⲟⲥ ϧⲉⲛⲟⲩϫⲱⲛⲧ:ⲙⲁⲑⲉⲃⲓⲟ ⲇⲉ ⲛ̀ⲛⲓⲣⲉϥϯϣⲱϣ ⲧⲏⲣⲟⲩ : ⲱϣⲉⲙ ⲇⲉ ⲛ̀ⲛⲓⲣⲉϥϩⲓⲡ̀ϩⲟ .	Ⲟⲩⲱⲣⲡ ⲇⲉ ⲛ̀ϩⲁⲛⲁⲅⲅⲉⲗⲟⲥ ϧⲉⲛⲟⲩϫⲱⲛⲧ: ⲙⲁⲑⲉⲃⲓⲟ ⲇⲉ ⲛ̀ⲛⲓⲣⲉϥϯϣⲱϣ ⲧⲏⲣⲟⲩ: ⲱϣⲉⲙ ⲇⲉ ⲛ̀ⲛⲓⲣⲉϥϩⲓⲡ̀ϩⲟ. 40:12	ⲛⲓⲁ̀ⲥⲉⲃⲏⲥ ⲇⲉ ⲭⲟⲡⲟⲩ ⲛ̀ⲟⲩϩⲟϯ ϧⲉⲛⲟⲩϩⲟϯ:ⲙⲁⲣⲟⲩⲗⲟϥⲗⲉϥ ⲇⲉ ⲉⲩⲥⲟⲡ ϧⲉⲛⲡⲓⲕⲁϩⲓ ⲥⲁⲃⲟⲗ .	Ⲛⲓⲁ̀ⲥⲉⲃⲏⲥ ⲇⲉ ⲭⲟⲡⲟⲩ ⲛ̀ⲟⲩϩⲟϯ ϧⲉⲛⲟⲩϩⲟϯ: ⲙⲁⲣⲟⲩⲗⲟϥⲗⲉϥ ⲇⲉ ⲉⲩⲥⲟⲡ ϧⲉⲛ ⲡⲓⲕⲁϩⲓ ⲥⲁⲃⲟⲗ. 40:13	ⲛⲟⲩϩⲟ ⲇⲉ ⲙⲁϩⲟⲩ ⲛ̀ϣⲱϣ : ⲙⲁⲣⲟⲩⲭⲟⲡⲟⲩ ⲇⲉ ϧⲉⲛⲟⲩⲕⲁϩⲓ ⲥⲁⲃⲟⲗ ⲉⲩⲥⲟⲡ .	Ⲛ̀ⲟⲩϩⲟ ⲇⲉ ⲙⲁϩⲟⲩ ⲛ̀ϣⲱϣ: ⲙⲁⲣⲟⲩⲭⲟⲡⲟⲩ ⲇⲉ ϧⲉⲛ ⲟⲩⲕⲁϩⲓ ⲥⲁⲃⲟⲗ ⲉⲩⲥⲟⲡ.	Ǹouho ḋe mahou ǹṡōṡ: maroukopou ḋe xen oukahi savol evsop.	His sides are sides of brass; and his backbone is as cast iron.
40:14	ⲟⲩⲟϩ ϯⲛⲁⲟⲩⲱⲛϩ ⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ ϫⲉⲟⲩⲟⲛϣ̀ϫⲟⲙ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉⲕⲟⲩⲓ̀ⲛⲁⲙ ⲉ̀ⲛⲟϩⲉⲙ .	Ⲟⲩⲟϩ ϯⲛⲁⲟⲩⲱⲛϩ ⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ ϫⲉ ⲟⲩⲟⲛ ϣ̀ϫⲟⲙ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉⲕⲟⲩⲓ̀ⲛⲁⲙ ⲉ̀ⲛⲟϩⲉⲙ.	Ouoh tinaouōnh èvol je ouon ṡ̀gom ǹtekouìnam ènohem.	This is the chief of the creation of the Lord; made to be played with by his angels.

40:17	ⲁϥⲧⲁϩⲟ ⲙ̀ⲡⲉϥⲥⲏⲧ ⲉ̀ⲣⲁⲧϥ ⲙ̀ⲫ̀ⲣⲏϯ ⲛ̀ⲟⲩⲕⲩⲡⲁⲣⲓⲥⲥⲟⲥ : ⲛⲉϥⲙⲟϯ ⲇⲉ ⲥⲉϭⲗⲉⲙⲗⲱⲙ .	Ⲁϥⲧⲁϩⲟ ⲛ̀ⲡⲉϥⲥⲏⲧ ⲉ̀ⲣⲁⲧϥ ⲛ̀ⲫ̀ⲣⲏϯ ⲛ̀ⲟⲩⲕⲩⲡⲁⲣⲓⲥⲥⲟⲥ: ⲛⲉϥⲙⲟϯ ⲇⲉ ⲥⲉϭⲗⲉⲙⲗⲱⲙ. 40:18	ⲛⲉϥⲥ̀ⲫⲓⲣⲱⲟⲩⲓ̀ ⲇⲉ ϩⲁⲛⲥ̀ⲫⲓⲣⲱⲟⲩⲓ̀ ⲛ̀ϩⲟⲙⲧ ⲛⲉ : ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲡⲉϥⲥⲟⲓ ⲟⲩⲃⲉⲛⲓⲡⲓ ⲉϥϫⲏϣ ⲡⲉ .	Ⲛⲉϥⲥ̀ⲫⲓⲣⲱⲟⲩⲓ̀ ⲇⲉ ϩⲁⲛⲥ̀ⲫⲓⲣⲱⲟⲩⲓ̀ ⲛ̀ϩⲟⲙⲧ ⲛⲉ: ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲡⲉϥⲥⲟⲓ ⲟⲩⲃⲉⲛⲓⲡⲓ ⲉϥϫⲏϣ ⲡⲉ. 40:20	ⲁϥϣⲉⲛⲁϥ ⲇⲉ ⲉ̀ϫⲉⲛⲟⲩⲧⲱⲟⲩ ⲉϥϭⲟⲥⲓ:ⲁϥⲓ̀ⲣⲓ ⲇⲉ ⲛ̀ⲟⲩⲣⲁϣⲓ ⲛ̀ⲛⲓϥ̀ⲧⲉⲫⲁⲧ ⲉⲧϧⲉⲛⲡⲓⲧⲁⲣⲧⲁⲣⲟⲥ .	Ⲁϥϣⲉⲛⲁϥ ⲇⲉ ⲉ̀ϫⲉⲛ ⲟⲩⲧⲱⲟⲩ ⲉϥϭⲟⲥⲓ: ⲁϥⲓ̀ⲣⲓ ⲇⲉ ⲛ̀ⲟⲩⲣⲁϣⲓ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉ ⲛⲓϥ̀ⲧⲉⲫⲁⲧ ⲉⲧϧⲉⲛ ⲡⲓⲧⲁⲣⲧⲁⲣⲟⲥ.
