31:3ⲙⲡⲣϯ ⲛⲧⲉⲕⲙⲛⲧⲣⲙⲙⲁⲟ ⲛⲛⲉϩⲓⲟⲙⲉ ⲁⲩⲱ ⲛⲉⲕⲭⲣⲏⲙⲁ ⲉⲩϣⲟϫⲛⲉ ⲛϩⲁⲉⲙ̀ⲡⲉⲣϯ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉⲕⲙ̀ⲛⲧⲣⲙⲙⲁⲟ ⲛ̀ⲛ̀ϩⲓⲟⲙⲓ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲛⲉⲕⲭⲣⲏⲙⲁ ⲉⲩⲥⲟϭⲛⲓ ⲛ̀ϧⲁⲉ̀m̀perti ǹtekm̀ntrmmao ǹǹhiomi ouoh nekxryma evsoċni ǹxaèGive not thy wealth to women, nor thy mind and living to remorse. Do all things with counsel: drink wine with counsel.

31:5ϫⲉⲛⲛⲉⲩⲥⲱ ⲛⲥⲉⲣⲡⲱⲃϣ ⲛⲧⲥⲟⲫⲓⲁ ⲁⲩⲱ ⲛⲥⲉⲧⲙⲉϣϭⲙϭⲟⲙ ⲉⲕⲣⲓⲛⲉ ⲛⲛϭⲱⲃ ϩⲛⲟⲩⲥⲟⲟⲩⲧⲛϫⲉ ⲛ̀ⲛⲟⲩⲥⲱ ⲛ̀ⲧⲟⲩⲉⲣⲡⲱⲃϣ ⲛ̀ⲧ̀ⲥⲟⲫⲓⲁ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲛ̀ⲧⲟⲩⲧⲙⲉϣϫⲉⲙϫⲟⲙ ⲉ̀ⲕⲣⲓⲛⲉ ⲛ̀ⲛ̀ϭⲱⲃ ϧⲉⲛ ⲟⲩⲥⲟⲟⲩⲧⲛje ǹnousō ǹtouerpōvṡ ǹt̀sofia ouoh ǹtoutmeṡjemgom èkrine ǹǹċōb xen ousooutnlest they drink, and forget wisdom, and be not able to judge the poor rightly.
31:6ϯⲡϯϩⲉ ⲛⲛⲉⲧϩⲛϩⲉⲛⲗⲩⲡⲏ ⲁⲩⲱ ⲡⲥⲉⲏⲣⲡ ⲛⲛⲉⲧϩⲛϩⲉⲛⲙⲕⲁϩ ⲛϩⲏⲧϯⲡ̀ⲑⲓϧⲓ ⲛ̀ⲛⲉⲧϧⲉⲛ ϩⲁⲛⲗⲩⲡⲏ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲡ̀ⲥⲉⲏⲣⲡ ⲛ̀ⲛⲉⲧϧⲉⲛ ϩⲁⲛⲙ̀ⲕⲁϩ ⲛ̀ϩⲏⲧtip̀θixi ǹnetxen hanlipy ouoh p̀·seyrp ǹnetxen hanm̀kah ǹhytGive strong drink to those that are in sorrow, and the wine to drink to those in pain:
31:7ⲉⲩⲣⲡⲱⲃϣ ⲛⲧⲉⲩⲙⲛⲧϩⲏⲕⲉ ⲁⲩⲱ ⲛⲥⲉⲧⲙⲣⲡⲙⲉⲉⲩⲉ ⲛⲛⲉⲩϩⲓⲥⲉⲉⲩⲉⲣⲡⲱⲃϣ ⲛ̀ⲧⲟⲩⲙⲉⲧϩⲏⲕⲓ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲛ̀ⲧⲟⲩϣⲧⲉⲙⲉⲣⲫ̀ⲙⲉⲩⲓ ⲛ̀ⲛⲟⲩϧⲓⲥⲓeverpōvṡ ǹtoumet·hyki ouoh ǹtouṡtemerf̀mevi ǹnouxisithat they may forget their poverty, and may not remember their troubles any more.
31:8ϫⲓⲛⲧⲉⲛⲟⲩ ⲁⲟⲩⲱⲛ ⲛⲣⲱⲕ ⲉⲡϣⲁϫⲉ ⲙⲡⲛⲟⲩⲧⲉ ⲛⲅⲕⲣⲓⲛⲉ ⲙⲙⲟⲟⲩ ⲧⲏⲣⲟⲩ ϩⲛⲟⲩⲟⲩϫⲁⲓϫⲓⲛϯⲛⲟⲩ ⲁ̀ⲟⲩ ⲱⲛ ⲛ̀ⲣⲱⲕ ⲉ̀ⲡ̀ⲥⲁϫⲓ ⲛ̀ⲫ̀ⲛⲟⲩϯ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉⲕⲕⲣⲓⲛⲉ ⲙ̀ⲙⲱⲟⲩ ⲧⲏⲣⲟⲩ ϧⲉⲛ ⲟⲩⲟⲩϫⲁⲓjintinou àou ōn ǹrōk èp̀·saji ǹf̀nouti ǹtekkrine m̀mōou tyrou xen ouougaiOpen thy mouth with the word of God, and judge all fairly.
31:9ⲛⲅⲇⲓⲁⲕⲣⲓⲛⲉ ⲇⲉ ⲙⲡϩⲏⲕⲉ ⲙⲛⲡϭⲱⲃⲛ̀ⲕⲉⲣⲇⲓⲁⲕⲣⲓⲛⲓⲛ ⲇⲉ ⲛ̀ⲡ̀ϩⲏⲕⲓ ⲛⲉⲙ ⲡ̀ϭⲱⲃǹkerḋiakrinin ḋe ǹp̀hyki nem p̀ċōbOpen thy mouth and judge justly, and plead the cause of the poor and weak.
31:10ⲛⲓⲙ ⲡⲉⲧⲛⲁϩⲉ ⲉⲩⲥϩⲓⲙⲉ ⲛϫⲱⲱⲣⲉ ⲧⲁⲓ ⲇⲉ ⲛⲧⲉⲓⲙⲓⲛⲉ ⲧⲁⲓⲏⲩ ⲉϩⲉⲛⲉⲛⲉ ⲙⲙⲉⲛⲓⲙ ⲡⲉⲧⲛⲁϫⲓⲙⲓ ⲉ̀ⲟⲩⲥ̀ϩⲓⲙⲓ ⲛ̀ϫⲱⲣ ⲑⲁⲓ ⲇⲉ ⲛ̀ⲧⲁⲓ̀ⲙⲓⲛⲉ ⲧⲁⲓⲏⲟⲩⲧ ⲉ̀ϩⲁⲛⲉⲛⲉ ⲛ̀ⲙⲏⲓnim petnajimi èous̀·himi ǹgōr θai ḋe ǹtaìmine taiyout èhanene ǹmyiWho shall find a virtuous woman? for such a one is more valuable than precious stones.
31:11ⲡϩⲏⲧ ⲙⲡⲉⲥϩⲁⲓ ⲧⲏⲕ ⲉϩⲣⲁⲓ ⲉϫⲱⲥ ⲧⲁⲓ ⲛⲁϭⲣⲱϩ ⲁⲛ ⲙⲡⲟⲉⲓⲕⲡ̀ϩⲏⲧ ⲛ̀ⲡⲉⲥϩⲁⲓ ⲧⲏⲕ ⲉϩⲣⲁⲓ ⲉ̀ϫⲱⲥ ⲑⲁⲓ ⲛⲁϭⲣⲱϩ ⲁⲛ ⲛ̀ⲡⲱⲓⲕp̀hyt ǹpes·hai tyk ehrai ègōs θai naċrōh an ǹpōikThe heart of her husband trusts in her: such a one shall stand in no need of fine spoils.
31:12ⲥⲉⲓⲣⲉ ⲅⲁⲣ ⲙⲡⲉⲥϩⲁⲓ ⲛϩⲉⲛⲡⲉⲧⲛⲁⲛⲟⲩⲟⲩ ⲛϩⲉⲛⲡⲉⲑⲟⲟⲩ ⲁⲛ ⲛⲟⲩⲟⲉⲓϣ ⲅⲁⲣ ⲛⲓⲙⲥⲓ̀ⲣⲓ ⲅⲁⲣ ⲛ̀ⲡⲉⲥϩⲁⲓ ⲛ̀ϩⲁⲛⲡⲉⲧⲛⲁⲛⲟⲩⲟⲩ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉ ϩⲁⲛⲡⲉⲧϩⲱⲟⲩ ⲁⲛ ⲛ̀ⲟⲩⲟⲉⲓϣ ⲅⲁⲣ ⲛⲓⲃⲉⲛsìri ġar ǹpes·hai ǹhanpetnanouou ǹte hanpet·hōou an ǹouoeiṡ ġar nivenFor she employs all her living for her husband's good.
31:13ⲉⲥϭⲛⲥⲟⲣⲧ ϩⲓⲙⲁϩⲉ ϣⲁⲥⲧⲁⲙⲓⲟⲟⲩ ⲛⲛⲉⲥϭⲓϫ ⲛϣⲁⲩⲉ̀ⲥϫⲉⲙⲥⲟⲣⲧ ϩⲓⲙⲁϩⲓ ϣⲁⲥⲑⲁⲙⲓⲟⲟⲩ ⲛ̀ⲛⲉⲥϫⲓϫ ⲛ̀ϣⲁⲩèsjemsort himahi ṡasθamioou ǹnesjig ǹṡavGathering wool and flax, she makes it serviceable with her hands.
31:14ⲁⲥⲉⲣⲑⲉ ⲛⲛⲓϫⲟⲓ ⲛⲉϣⲱⲧ ⲉϩⲟⲩⲛ ⲛⲛⲉⲛⲕⲁ ⲛⲁⲥ ⲙⲡⲟⲩⲉⲁⲥⲉⲣⲧϩⲉ ⲛ̀ⲛⲁⲓϫⲟⲓ ⲛ̀ϣⲱⲧ ⲉ̀ϧⲟⲩⲛ ⲛ̀ⲛⲉⲛⲭⲁⲓ ⲛⲁⲥ ⲛ̀ⲡ̀ⲟⲩⲉⲓasert·he ǹnaigoi ǹṡōt èxoun ǹnenkai nas ǹp̀oueiShe is like a ship trading from a distance: so she procures her livelihood.
31:15ⲁⲩⲱ ϣⲁⲥⲧⲱⲟⲩⲛ ⲛϭⲱⲣϩ ⲛⲥϯϩⲣⲉ ⲛⲛⲁⲡⲏⲓ ⲁⲩⲱ ϩⲱⲃ ⲛⲛⲉⲥϩⲙϩⲁⲗⲟⲩⲟϩ ϣⲁⲥⲧⲱⲟⲩⲛ ⲛ̀ϭⲱⲣϩ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉⲥϯϩⲣⲉ ⲛ̀ⲛⲁ ⲡ̀ⲏⲓ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ϩⲱⲃ ⲛ̀ⲛⲉⲥⲃⲱⲕouoh ṡastōoun ǹċōrh ǹtestihre ǹna p̀yi ouoh hōb ǹnesvōkAnd she rises by night, and gives food to her household, and appointed tasks to her maidens.
