108:1Ὁ θεός, τὴν αἴνεσίν μου μὴ παρασιωπήσῃς·
108:2ὅτι στόμα ἁμαρτωλοῦ καὶ στόμα δολίου ἐπʼ ἐμὲ ἠνοίχθη, ἐλάλησαν κατ᾿ ἐμοῦ γλώσσῃ δολίᾳ·
108:3καὶ λόγοις μίσους ἐκύκλωσάν με, καὶ ἐπολέμησάν με δωρεάν.
108:4ἀντὶ τοῦ ἀγαπᾷν με ἐνδιέβαλλόν με, ἐγὼ δὲ προσευχόμην·
108:5καὶ ἔθεντο κατʼ ἐμοῦ κακὰ ἀντὶ ἀγαθῶν, καὶ μῖσος ἀντὶ τῆς ἀγαπήσεώς μου.
108:6κατάστησον ἐπʼ αὐτὸν ἁμαρτωλόν, καὶ διάβολος στήτω ἐκ δεξιῶν αὐτοῦ·
108:7ἐν τῷ κρίνεσθαι αὐτὸν ἐξέλθοι καταδεδικασμένος. καὶ ἡ προσευχὴ αὐτοῦ γενέσθω εἶς ἁμαρτίαν.
108:8γενηθήτωσαν αἱ ἡμέραι αὐτοῦ ὀλίγαι, καὶ τὴν ἐπισκοπὴν αὐτοῦ λάβοι ἕτερος·
108:9γενηθήτωσαν οἱ υἱοὶ αὐτοῦ ὀρφανοί, καὶ ἡ γυνὴ αὐτοῦ χήρα·
108:10σαλευόμενοι μεταναστήτωσαν οἱ υἱοὶ αὐτοῦ καὶ ἐπαιτησάτωσαν, ἐκβληθήτωσαν ἐκ τῶν οἰκοπέδων αὐτῶν.
108:11καὶ ἐξεραυνησάτω δανιστὴς πάντα ὅσα ὑπάρχει αὐτῷ· διαρπασάτωσαν ἀλλότριοι πάντας τοὺς πόνους αὐτοῦ·
108:12μὴ ὑπαρξάτω αὐτῷ ἀντιλήμπτωρ, μηδέ γενηθήτω οἰκτίρμων τοῖς ὀρφανοῖς αὐτοῦ·
108:13γενηθήτω τὰ τέκνα αὐτοῦ εἰς ἐξολέθρευσιν, ἐν γενεᾷ μιᾷ ἐξαλειφθήτω τὸ ὄνομα αὐτοῦ.
108:14ἀναμνησθείη ἡ ἁμαρτία τῶν πατέρων αὐτοῦ ἔναντι Κυρίοι, καὶ ἡ ἁμαρτία τῆς μητρὸς αὐτοῦ μὴ ἐξαλειφθείη·
108:15γενηθήτωσαν ἔναντι Κυρίου διὰ παντός, καὶ ἐξολεθρευθείη ἐκ γῆς τὸ μνημόσυνον αὐτῶν.
108:16ἀυθʼ ὧν οὐκ ἐμνήσθη τοῦ ποιῆσαι ἔλεος, καὶ κατεδίωξεν πένητα καὶ πτωχὸν καὶ κατανενυγμένον τῇ καρδία τοῦ θανατῶσαι.
108:17καὶ ἠγάπησεν κατάραν, καὶ ἥξει αὐτῷ· καὶ οὐκ ἠθέλησεν εὐλογίαν, καὶ μακρυνθήσεται ἀπʼ αὐτοῦ.
108:18καὶ ἐνεδύσατο κατάραν ὡς ἱμάτον, καὶ εἰσῆλθεν ὡς ὕδωρ εἰς τὰ ἔνκατα αὐτοῦ καὶ ὡς ἔλαιον ἐν τοῖς ὀστέοις αὐτοῦ·
108:19γενηθήτω αὐτῷ ὡς ἱμάτιον ὁ περιβάλλεται. καὶ ὡσεὶ ζώνη ἣν διὰ παντὸς ζώννυται.
108:20τοῦτο τὸ ἔργον τῶν ἐνδιαβαλλόντων με παρὰ Κυρίῳ καὶ τῶν λαλούντων πονηρὰ κατὰ τῆς ψυχῆς μου.
108:21καὶ σύ, Κύριε κύριε, ποίησον μετʼ ἐμοῦ ἔλεος ἕνεκα τοῦ ὀνόμάτος σου, ὅτι χρηστὸν τὸ ἔλεός σου, ῥῦσαί με·
108:22ὅτι πτωχὸς καὶ πένης ἐγώ εἰμι, καὶ ἡ καρδία μου τετάρακται ἐντός μου.
108:23ὡσεὶ σκιὰ ἐν τῷ ἐκκλῖναι αὐτὴν ἀντανῃρέθη, ἐξετινάχθην, ὡσεὶ ἀκρίδες.
108:24πὰ γόνατα μου ἠσθένησαν ἀπὸ νηστιας, καὶ ἡ σαρξ μου ἠλλοιώθη δι᾿ ἔλαιον.
108:25καὶ ἐγὼ ἐγενήθην ὄνειδος αὐτοῖς· εἴδοσάν με, ἐσάλευσαν κεφαλὰς αὐτῶν.
108:26βοήθησόν μοι, Κύριε ὁ θεός μου, σῶσόν με κατὰ τὸ μέγα ἔλεός σου·
108:27καὶ γνώτωσαν ὅτι ἡ χείρ σου αὕτη, καὶ σύ, Κύριε, ἐποίησας αὐτήν,
108:28καταράσονται αὐτοί, καὶ σὺ εὐλογήσεις· οἱ ἐπανιστανόμενοί μοι αἰσχυνθήτωσαν, ὁ δὲ δοῦλός σου εὐφρανθήσεται.
108:29ἐνδυσάσθωσαν οἱ ἐνδιαβάλλοντές με ἐντροπήν, καὶ περιβαλλέσθωσαν αἰσχύνην ὡσεὶ διπλοίδα αὐτῶν.
108:30ἐξομολογήσομαι τῷ κυρίῳ σφόδρα τῷ στοματί μου, καὶ ἐν μέσῳ πολλῶν αἰνέσω αὐτόν·
108:31ὅτι παρέστη ἐκ δεξιῶν πένητος, τοῦ σῶσαι ἐκ τῶν διωκόντων τὴν ψυχὴν μου.
