32:1Ἡγούμενόν σε κατέστησαν ; μὴ ἐπαίρου· γίνου ἐν αὐτοῖς ὡς εἰς ἐξ αὐτῶν, (2)φρόντισον αὐτῶν καὶ οὕτω κάθισον·
32:2καὶ πᾶσαυ τὴν χρείαν σου ποιήσας ἀνάπεσε, (3)ἵα εὐφρανθῇς δι᾿ αὐτούς, καὶ εὐκοσμίας χάριν λάβῃς στέφανον.
32:3Λάλησον, πρεσβύτερε, πρέπει γάρ σοι, (5)ἐν ἀκριβεῖ ἐπιστήμῃ, καὶ μὴ ἐμποδίσῃς μουσικά.
32:4ὅπου ἀκρόαμα, μὴ ἐκχέῃς λαλιάν, καὶ ἀκαίρως μὴ σοφίζου.
32:5σφραγὶς ἄνθρακος ἐπὶ κόσμῳ χρυσῷ, σύγκριμα μουσικῶν ἐυ συμποσίῳ οἴυου·
32:6ἐν κατασκευάσματι χρυσῷ σφραγὶς σμαράγδου, μέλος μουσικῶν ἐφʼ ἡδεῖ οἴνῳ.
32:7λάλησον, νεανίσκε, εί χρεία σου, (¹¹)μόλις δὶς ἐὰν ἐπερωτηθῇς·
32:8κεφαλαίωσον λόγον, ἐν ὀλίγοις πολλά· γίνου ὡς γινόσκων καὶ ἅμα σιωπῶν.
32:9ἐν μέσᾳῳ μεγιστάνων μὴ ἐξισάζου, καὶ ἑτέρου λέγοντος μὴ πολλὰ ἀδολέσχει.
32:10πρὸ βροντῆς κατασπεύδει ἀστραπή, καὶ πρὸ αἰσχυντηροῦ προελεύσεται χάρις.
32:11ἐν ὥρᾳ ἐξεγείρου καὶ μὴ οὐράγει. ἀπότρεχε εἰς οἶκον καὶ μὴ ὸᾳθύμει·
32:12ἐκεῖ παῖζε καὶ ποίει τὰ ἐνθυμήματά σου, καὶ μὴ ἁμάρτῃς λόγῳ ὑπερηφάνῳ.
32:13καὶ ἐπὶ τούτοις εὐλόγησον τὸν ποιήσαντά σε καὶ μεθύσκοντά σε ἀπὸ τῶν ἀγαθῶν αὐτοῦ.
32:14Ὁ φοβούμενος Κύριον ἐκδέξεται παιδίαν, καὶ οἱ ὀρθρίζοντες εὑρήσουσιν εὐδοκίαν·
32:15ὁ ζητῶν νόμον ἐμπλησθήσεται αὐτοῦ, καὶ ὁ ὑποκρινόμενος σκανδαλισθήσεται ἐν αὐτῷ·
32:16οἱ φοβούμενοι Κύριον είρήσουσιν κρίμα. καὶ δικαιώματα ὡς φῶς ἐξάψουσιν.
32:17ἄνθρωπος ἁμαρτωλὸς ἐκκλινεῖ ἐλεγμόν, καὶ κατὰ τὸ θέλημα αὐτοῦ εὑρήσει σύγκριμα.
32:18ἀνὴρ βουλῆς οὐ μὴ παρίδῃ διανόημα. ἀλλότριος καὶ ὑπερήφανος οὐ καταπτήξει φόβον, (23)καὶ μετὰ τὸ ποιῆσαι μετʼ αὐτοῦ ἄνευ βουλῆς.
32:19ἄνευ βουλῆς μηθὲν ποιήσῃς. καὶ ἐν τῷ ποιῆσαί σε μὴ μεταμελοῦ.
32:20ἐν ὁδῷ ἀντιπτώματος μὴ πορεύου, καὶ μὴ προσκόψῃς ἐν λιθώδεσιν·
32:21μὴ πιστεύσῃς ἐν ὁδῷ ἀπροσκόπῳ,
32:22καὶ ἀπὸ τῶν τέκνων σου φύλαξαι.
32:23ἐν παντὶ ἔργῳ πίστευε τῇ ψυχῇ σου, καὶ γὰρ τοῦτό ἐστιν τήρησις ἐντολῶν.
32:24ὁ πιστεύων νόμῳ προσέχει ἐντολαῖς, καὶ ὁ πεποιθὰς Κυρίῳ οὐκ ἐλαττωθήσεται.
