2:8ⲡⲉϫⲁⲥ ⲛⲁⲥ ⲛϭⲓⲧϣⲉⲉⲣⲉ ⲙⲫⲁⲣⲁⲱ ϫⲉⲃⲱⲕ ⲁⲧϣⲉⲉⲣⲉ ⲇⲉ ϣⲏⲙ ⲃⲱⲕ ⲁⲥⲙⲟⲩⲧⲉ ⲉⲧⲙⲁⲁⲩ ⲙⲡϣⲏⲣⲉ ϣⲏⲙⲡⲉϫⲁⲥ ⲛⲁⲥ ⲛ̀ϫⲉ ⲧ̀ϣⲉⲉⲣⲉ ⲛ̀ⲫⲁⲣⲁⲱ̀ ϫⲉ ⲃⲱⲕ ⲁⲧ̀ϣⲉⲉⲣⲉ ⲇⲉ ϣⲏⲙ ⲃⲱⲕ ⲁⲥⲙⲟⲩϯ ⲉ̀ϣⲧⲉⲙⲁⲓⲟⲩ ⲛ̀ⲡ̀ϣⲏⲣⲓ ϣⲏⲙpegas nas ǹje t̀ṡeere ǹfaraṑ je vōk at̀ṡeere ḋe ṡym vōk asmouti èṡtemaiou ǹp̀ṡyri ṡymAnd the daughter of Pharao said, Go: and the young woman went, and called the mother of the child.

2:12ⲁϥϭⲱϣⲧ ⲇⲉ ⲉⲡⲓⲥⲁ ⲙⲛⲡⲁⲓ ⲙⲡϥⲛⲁⲩ ⲉⲗⲁⲁⲩ ⲁϥϩⲱⲧⲃ ⲙⲡⲣⲙⲛⲕⲏⲙⲉ ⲁϥϩⲟⲡϥ ϩⲙⲡϣⲱⲁϥϫⲟⲩϣⲧ ⲇⲉ ⲉ̀ⲡⲁⲓⲥⲁ ⲛⲉⲙ ⲫⲁⲓ ⲙ̀ⲡⲉϥⲛⲁⲩ ⲉ̀ⲗⲁⲁⲩ ⲁϥϧⲱⲧⲉⲃ ⲛ̀ⲡ̀ⲣⲉⲙⲛⲭⲏⲙⲓ ⲁϥϩⲟⲡϥ ϧⲉⲛ ⲡ̀ϣⲱafgouṡt ḋe èpaisa nem fai m̀pefnav èlaav afxōteb ǹp̀remnkymi afhopf xen p̀ṡōAnd having looked round this way and that way, he sees no one; and he smote the Egyptian, and hid him in the sand.
