2:5ⲁⲗⲗⲁ ⲟⲩⲱⲣⲡ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉⲕϫⲓϫ ϭⲟϩ ⲉ̀ⲛⲉϥⲕⲁⲥ ⲛⲉⲙⲛⲉϥⲁ̀ϥⲟⲩⲓ̀ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉⲕⲛⲁⲩ ϫⲉⲁⲛ ϥ̀ⲛⲁⲥ̀ⲙⲟⲩ ⲉ̀ⲣⲟⲕ ⲙ̀ⲡⲉⲕⲙ̀ⲑⲟ .Ⲁⲗⲗⲁ ⲟⲩⲱⲣⲡ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉⲕϫⲓϫ ϭⲟϩ ⲉ̀ⲛⲉϥⲕⲁⲥ ⲛⲉⲙ ⲛⲉϥⲁ̀ϥⲟⲩⲓ̀ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉⲭⲛⲁⲩ ϫⲉ ⲁⲛ ϥ̀ⲛⲁⲥ̀ⲙⲟⲩ ⲉ̀ⲣⲟⲕ ⲛ̀ⲡⲉⲕⲙ̀ⲑⲟ.Alla ouōrp ǹtekjig ċoh ènefkas nem nefàfouì ǹteknav je an f̀nas̀mou èrok ǹpekm̀θo.Nay, but put forth thine hand, and touch his bones and his flesh: verily he will bless thee to thy face.
2:6ⲡⲉϫⲉ ⲡϭ̅ⲥ̅ ⲙ̀ⲡⲓⲇⲓⲁⲃⲟⲗⲟⲥ ϫⲉϩⲏⲡⲡⲉ ϯϯ ⲙ̀ⲙⲟϥ ⲉ̀ϧ̀ⲣⲏⲓ ⲉ̀ⲛⲉⲕϫⲓϫ ⲭ ⲙ̀ⲙⲟⲛ ⲧⲉϥⲯⲩⲭⲏ ⲁ̀ⲣⲉϩ ⲉ̀ⲣⲟⲥ .Ⲡⲉϫⲉ ⲡ̀ϭⲟⲓⲥ ⲛ̀ⲡⲓⲇⲓⲁⲃⲟⲗⲟⲥ ϫⲉ ϩⲏⲡⲡⲉ ϯϯ ⲙ̀ⲙⲟϥ ⲉ̀ϧ̀ⲣⲏⲓ ⲉ̀ⲛⲉⲕϫⲓϫ ⲭ ⲙ̀ⲙⲟⲛ ⲧⲉϥⲯⲩⲭⲏ ⲁ̀ⲣⲉϩ ⲉ̀ⲣⲟⲥ.Peje p̀ċois ǹpidiabolos je hyppe titi m̀mof èx̀ryi ènekjig k m̀mon tefpsiṡy àreh èros.And the Lord said to the devil, Behold, I deliver him up to thee; only save his life.
2:7ⲁϥⲓ̀ ⲇⲉ ⲛ̀ϫⲉⲡⲓⲇⲓⲁⲃⲟⲗⲟⲥ ⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ ϩⲓⲧⲉⲛⲡϭ̅ⲥ̅ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁϥϫⲟⲩⲕϩ ⲛ̀ⲓⲱⲃ ⲛ̀ⲟⲩϣⲁϣ ⲉϥϩⲱⲟⲩ ⲓⲥϫⲉⲛ ⲛⲉϥⲫⲁⲧ ϣⲁⲧⲉϥⲁ̀ⲫⲉ .Ⲁϥⲓ̀ ⲇⲉ ⲛ̀ϫⲉ ⲡⲓⲇⲓⲁⲃⲟⲗⲟⲥ ⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ ϩⲓⲧⲉⲛ ⲡ̀ϭⲟⲓⲥ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁϥϫⲟⲩⲕϩ ⲛ̀ⲓⲱⲃ ⲛ̀ⲟⲩϣⲁϣ ⲉϥϩⲱⲟⲩ ⲓⲥϫⲉⲛ ⲛⲉϥⲫⲁⲧ ϣⲁⲧⲉϥⲁ̀ⲫⲉ.Afì ḋe ǹje pidiabolos èvol hiten p̀ċois ouoh afgouk·h ǹiōb ǹouṡaṡ efhōou isjen neffat ṡatefàfe.So the devil went out from the Lord, and smote Job with sore boils from his feet to his head.
