5:6ⲉⲛⲧⲏⲕ ϭⲉ ⲛϩⲏⲧ ⲛⲟⲩⲟⲉⲓϣ ⲛⲓⲙ . ⲁⲩⲱ ⲉⲛⲥⲟⲟⲩⲛ ϫⲉⲉⲛϣⲟⲟⲡ ϩⲙⲡⲥⲱⲙⲁ ⲧⲛⲙⲡⲃⲟⲗ ⲙⲡϫⲟⲉⲓⲥ .Ⲉⲛⲧⲏⲕ ⲟⲩⲛ ⲛ̀ϩⲏⲧ ⲛ̀ⲥⲏⲟⲩ ⲛⲓⲃⲉⲛ. Ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲉⲛⲥⲱⲟⲩⲛ ϫⲉ ⲉⲛϣⲟⲡ ϧⲉⲛ ⲡ̀ⲥⲱⲙⲁ ⲧⲉⲛⲛⲡ̀ⲃⲟⲗ ⲛ̀ⲡ̀ϭⲟⲓⲥ.Entyk oun ǹhyt ǹsyou niven. Ouoh ensōoun je enṡop xen p̀·sōma tennp̀vol ǹp̀ċois.Therefore, we are always confident and know that while we are at home in the body, we are absent from the Lord;
5:7ⲉⲛⲙⲟⲟϣⲉ ⲅⲁⲣ ϩⲓⲧⲛⲟⲩⲡⲓⲥⲧⲓⲥ . ϩⲓⲧⲛⲟⲩⲛⲁⲩ ⲁⲛ .Ⲉⲛⲙⲟϣⲓ ⲅⲁⲣ ϩⲓⲧⲉⲛ ⲟⲩⲡⲓⲥⲧⲓⲥ. Ϩⲓⲧⲉⲛ ⲟⲩⲛⲁⲩ ⲁⲛ.Enmoṡi ġar hiten oupistis. Hiten ounav an.for we walk by faith, not by sight.
5:8ⲧⲛⲧⲏⲕ ⲛϩⲏⲧ ⲁⲩⲱ ⲉϩⲛⲁⲛ ⲛϩⲟⲩⲟ ⲉⲉⲓ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϩⲙⲡⲥⲱⲙⲁ ⲉⲃⲱⲕ ϩⲁⲧⲙ ⲡϫⲟⲉⲓⲥ .Ⲧⲉⲛⲧⲏⲕ ⲛ̀ϩⲏⲧ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲉϩⲛⲁⲛ ⲛ̀ϩⲟⲩⲟ ⲉⲓ ⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ ϧⲉⲛ ⲡ̀ⲥⲱⲙⲁ ⲉ̀ⲃⲱⲕ ϩⲁⲧⲙ ⲡ̀ϭⲟⲓⲥ.Tentyk ǹhyt ouoh ehnan ǹhouo ei èvol xen p̀·sōma èvōk hatm p̀ċois.We are of good courage, I say, and are willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be at home with the Lord.
5:9ⲉⲧⲃⲉⲡⲁⲓ ϭⲉ ⲧⲛⲣⲟⲟⲩⲧ ⲉⲓⲧⲉ ⲉⲛϩⲙ ⲡⲥⲱⲙⲁ ⲉⲓⲧⲉ ⲉⲛⲙⲡⲉϥⲃⲟⲗ ⲉⲧⲣⲉⲛϣⲱⲡⲉ ⲉⲛⲣⲁⲛⲁϥ .Ⲉⲑⲃⲉ ⲫⲁⲓ ⲟⲩⲛ ⲧⲉⲛⲣⲟⲟⲩⲧ ⲓⲧⲉ ⲉⲛϧⲉⲛ ⲡ̀ⲥⲱⲙⲁ ⲓⲧⲉ ⲉⲛⲛⲡⲉϥⲃⲟⲗ ⲉⲑⲣⲉⲛϣⲱⲡⲓ ⲉⲛⲣⲁⲛⲁϥ.Eθve fai oun tenroout ite enxen p̀·sōma ite ennpefvol eθrenṡōpi enranaf.Therefore also we make it our aim, whether at home or absent, to be well pleasing to him.
5:10ϩⲁⲡⲥ ⲅⲁⲣ ⲉⲧⲣⲉⲛⲟⲩⲱⲛϩ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ⲧⲏⲣⲛ ⲙⲡⲉⲙⲧⲟ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ⲙⲡⲃⲏⲙⲁ ⲙⲡⲉⲭⲣⲓⲥⲧⲟⲥ . ϫⲉⲕⲁⲁⲥ ⲉⲣⲉⲡⲟⲩⲁ ⲡⲟⲩⲁ ϫⲓ ⲛⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϩⲓⲧⲙⲡⲉϥⲥⲱⲙⲁ ⲡⲣⲟⲥ ⲛⲉⲛⲧⲁϥⲁⲁⲩ . ⲉⲓⲧⲉ ⲁⲅⲁⲑⲟⲛ ⲉⲓⲧⲉ ⲡⲉⲑⲟⲟⲩ .Ϩⲱϯ ⲅⲁⲣ ⲉ̀ⲑⲣⲉⲛⲟⲩⲱⲛϩ ⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ ⲧⲏⲣⲛ ⲛ̀ⲡ̀ⲙ̀ⲑⲟ ⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ ⲛ̀ⲡ̀ⲃⲏⲙⲁ ⲛ̀ⲡⲓⲭ̀ⲣⲓⲥⲧⲟⲥ. 5:13ⲉⲓⲧⲉ ⲅⲁⲣ ⲉϣϫⲉ ⲁⲛⲡⲱϣⲥ ⲛⲧⲁⲛⲡⲱϣⲥ ⲙⲡⲛⲟⲩⲧⲉ . ⲉⲓⲧⲉ ⲉϣϫⲉ ⲡⲉⲛϩⲏⲧ ⲥⲙⲟⲛⲧ ⲉϥⲥⲙⲟⲛⲧ ⲛⲏⲧⲛ .Ⲓⲧⲉ ⲅⲁⲣ ⲓⲥϫⲉ ⲁⲛⲡⲱϣⲥ ⲉⲧⲁⲛⲡⲱϣⲥ ⲛ̀ⲫ̀ⲛⲟⲩϯ. Ⲓⲧⲉ ⲓⲥϫⲉ ⲡⲉⲛϩⲏⲧ ⲥⲙⲟⲛⲧ ⲉϥⲥⲙⲟⲛⲧ ⲛⲱⲧⲉⲛ.Ite ġar isje anpōṡs etanpōṡs ǹf̀nouti.
