8:4	ⲛⲉⲕϩⲃⲱⲥ ⲙⲡⲟⲩϧⲓϯ ϩⲓⲱⲧⲕ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲛⲉⲕⲫⲁⲧ ⲙⲡⲟⲩⲉⲣϣⲁϣⲓ ⲓⲥϫⲉⲛ ⲙ̅ⲛⲣⲟⲙⲡⲓ	ⲛⲉⲕϩ̀ⲃⲱⲥ ⲙ̀ⲡⲟⲩϧⲓϯ ϩⲓⲱⲧⲕ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲛⲉⲕⲫⲁⲧ ⲙ̀ⲡⲟⲩⲉⲣϣⲁϣⲓ ⲓⲥϫⲉⲛ ϩ̀ⲙⲉ ⲛ̀ⲣⲟⲙⲡⲓ	nek·h̀vōs m̀pouxiti hiōtk ouoh nekfat m̀pouerṡaṡi isjen h̀me ǹrompi	Thy garments grew not old from off thee, thy shoes were not worn from off thee, thy feet were not painfully hardened, lo! these forty years.
8:5	ⲁⲣⲓⲉⲙⲓ ϧⲉⲛⲡⲉⲕϩⲏⲧ ϫⲉⲙⲫⲣⲏϯ ⲛⲟⲩⲣⲱⲙⲓ ⲉϥϯⲥⲃⲟ ⲙⲡⲉϥϣⲏⲣⲓ ⲡⲁⲓⲣⲏϯ ⲡϭⲟⲓⲥ ⲡⲉⲕⲛⲟⲩϯ ⲉϥⲉϯⲥⲃⲱ ⲛⲁⲕ	ⲁ̀ⲣⲓⲉ̀ⲙⲓ ϧⲉⲛ ⲡⲉⲕϩⲏⲧ ϫⲉ ⲛ̀ⲫ̀ⲣⲏϯ ⲛ̀ⲟⲩⲣⲱⲙⲓ ⲉϥϯⲥⲃⲟ ⲛ̀ⲡⲉϥϣⲏⲣⲓ ⲡⲁⲓⲣⲏϯ ⲡ̀ϭⲟⲓⲥ ⲡⲉⲕⲛⲟⲩϯ ⲉϥⲉ̀ϯⲥⲃⲱ ⲛⲁⲕ	àrièmi xen pek·hyt je ǹf̀ryti ǹourōmi eftisvo ǹpefṡyri pairyti p̀ċois peknouti efètisvō nak	And thou shalt know in thine heart, that as if any man should chasten his son, so the Lord thy God will chasten thee.
8:6	ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲉⲕⲉⲁⲣⲉϩ ⲉⲛⲓⲉⲛⲧⲟⲗⲏ ⲛⲧⲉⲡϭⲟⲓⲥ ⲡⲉⲕⲛⲟⲩϯ ⲉⲙⲟϣⲓ ϩⲓⲛⲉϥⲙⲱⲓⲧ ⲉⲉⲣϩⲟϯ ϧⲁⲧⲉϥϩⲏ	ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲉⲕⲉⲁ̀ⲣⲉϩ ⲉ̀ⲛⲓⲉⲛⲧⲟⲗⲏ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉ ⲡ̀ϭⲟⲓⲥ ⲡⲉⲕⲛⲟⲩϯ ⲉ̀ⲙⲟϣⲓ ϩⲓ ⲛⲉϥⲙⲱⲓⲧ ⲉⲉⲣϩⲟϯ ϧⲁ ⲧⲉϥϩⲏ	ouoh ekeàreh ènientoly ǹte p̀ċois peknouti èmoṡi hi nefmōit eerhoti xa tefhy	And thou shalt keep the commands of the Lord thy God, to walk in his ways, and to fear him.
