40:6ⲉⲓⲥ ϩⲏⲏⲧⲉ ⲁⲛⲟⲕ ϯⲛⲁⲉⲓⲛⲉ ⲉϫⲱⲥ ⲛⲟⲩⲧⲁⲗϭⲟ ⲛⲧⲁⲟⲩⲟⲛϩⲥ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ⲛⲧⲁⲣⲡⲁϩⲣⲉ ⲉⲣⲟⲥ ϩⲛⲟⲩⲉⲓⲣⲏⲛⲏ ⲙⲛⲟⲩⲡⲓⲥⲧⲓⲥⲓⲥ ϩⲏⲡⲡⲉ ⲁⲛⲟⲕ ϯⲛⲁⲓ̀ⲛⲓ ⲉ̀ϫⲱⲥ ⲛ̀ⲟⲩⲧⲁⲗϭⲟ ⲛ̀ⲧⲁⲟⲩⲟⲛϩⲥ ⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ ⲛ̀ⲧⲁⲉⲣⲫⲁϧⲣⲓ ⲉ̀ⲣⲟⲥ ϧⲉⲛ ⲟⲩⲉⲓⲣⲏⲛⲏ ⲛⲉⲙ ⲟⲩⲡⲓⲥⲧⲓⲥis hyppe anok tinaìni ègōs ǹoutalċo ǹtaouonhs èvol ǹtaerfaxri èros xen oueiryny nem oupistisBehold, I bring upon her healing and cure, and I will show myself to them, and will heal her, and make both peace and security.
40:7ⲁⲩⲱ ϯⲛⲁⲕⲧⲟ ⲛⲛⲉⲛⲧⲁⲩⲡⲟⲟⲛⲟⲩ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ⲛⲧⲉⲓⲟⲩⲇⲁ ⲙⲛⲛⲉⲛⲧⲁⲩⲡⲟⲟⲛⲟⲩ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ⲛⲧⲉⲡⲓ︤ⲏ︦ⲗ︥ ⲁⲩⲱ ⲛⲧⲁⲕⲟⲧⲟⲩ ⲛⲑⲉ ⲛϣⲟⲣⲡⲟⲩⲟϩ ϯⲛⲁⲕⲧⲟ ⲛ̀ⲛⲉⲧⲁⲩⲡⲟⲟⲛⲟⲩ ⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉ ⲓⲟⲩⲇⲁ ⲛⲉⲙ ⲛⲉⲧⲁⲩⲡⲟⲟⲛⲟⲩ ⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉ ⲡⲓⲥⲣⲁⲏⲗ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲛ̀ⲧⲁⲕⲟⲧⲟⲩ ⲛ̀ⲫ̀ⲣⲏϯ ⲛ̀ϣⲟⲣⲡouoh tinakto ǹnetavpoonou èvol ǹte iouda nem netavpoonou èvol ǹte pisrayl ouoh ǹtakotou ǹf̀ryti ǹṡorpAnd I will turn the captivity of Juda, and the captivity of Israel, and will build them, even as before.
40:8ⲁⲩⲱ ⲛⲧⲁⲧⲃⲃⲟⲟⲩ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϩⲛⲛⲉⲩϫⲓ ⲛϭⲟⲛⲥ ⲧⲏⲣⲟⲩ ⲛⲁⲓ ⲉⲛⲧⲁⲩⲣⲛⲟⲃⲉ ⲉⲣⲟⲓ ⲛϩⲏⲧⲟⲩ ⲛⲧⲁⲧⲙⲣⲡⲙⲉⲉⲩⲉ ⲛⲛⲉⲩⲛⲟⲃⲉ ⲉⲛⲧⲁⲩⲁⲁⲩ ⲉⲣⲟⲓ ⲁⲩⲱ ⲁⲩⲥⲁϩⲱⲟⲩ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ⲙⲙⲟⲓⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲛ̀ⲧⲁⲧⲟⲩⲃⲟⲟⲩ ⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ ϧⲉⲛ ⲛⲟⲩϭⲓ ⲛ̀ϫⲟⲛⲥ ⲧⲏⲣⲟⲩ ⲛⲁⲓ ⲉⲧⲁⲩⲉⲣⲛⲟⲃⲓ ⲉ̀ⲣⲟⲓ ⲛ̀ϧⲏⲧⲟⲩ ⲛ̀ⲧⲁϣⲧⲉⲙⲉⲣⲫ̀ⲙⲉⲩⲓ ⲛ̀ⲛⲉⲩⲛⲟⲃⲓ ⲉⲧⲁⲩⲁⲓⲟⲩ ⲉ̀ⲣⲟⲓ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁⲩⲥⲁϩⲱⲟⲩ ⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ ⲙ̀ⲙⲟⲓouoh ǹtatouvoou èvol xen nouċi ǹgons tyrou nai etavernovi èroi ǹxytou ǹtaṡtemerf̀mevi ǹnevnovi etavaiou èroi ouoh avsahōou èvol m̀moiAnd I will cleanse them from all their iniquities, whereby they have sinned against me, and will not remember their sins, whereby they have sinned against me, and revolted from me.
